FINNED STRIP HEATERS
Basically Finns of sizes 65 mm x 35 mm are fitted tightly
on the Heavy Duty Strip Heaters for fast transfer of
heat to flowing air.

1) MICA STRIP / PLATE HEATER Nichrome ribbon wound on mica former & insulated with mica sheet. which is then sheathed in MS Plated or SS sheet.
|
2) CERAMIC / REFRACTORY Heating Coil supported in Fluted Refractory insulators and
sheathed in SS /MS Plated sheets. These heaters ate provided
with screw terminals and holes on either end for mounting.

CONSTSRUCTION
Tubular heating elemets embede in aluminium alloy or Brass, providing uniform heat transfer and long life. The heater can be manufactured with cooling tubes for accurate temperatures control.
Suitable for temperatures up to :
Aluminium : 400° C Max
Brass : 600° C Max

BOBBIN HEATERS
CONSTRUCTION
Open helical coils of high resistance wire evenly stretched and lay through fluted refractory bobbins. These heating elements are than inserted into 1 1/2" or higher diameter metal pipes which are welded to liquid tanks.

For heating large quantities of liquid and water solutions, alkali, fuel, oil, transformer oil, mineral and vegetable oils, chemicals, Plating solution tanks

CONSTRUCTION : Made from SS / TITANIUM tubing woth replaceable Bobbin Type heatng elements inside, provided with mounting plate and terminal box.
