Bobbin Heaters are high-efficiency heating elements designed for immersion in liquid mediums for rapid and uniform heating. These Bobbin Heaters consist of open helical coils of high resistance wire arranged through fluted refractory Bobbins and inserted into large diameter metal pipes. The assembly is welded directly to liquid tanks, ensuring excellent thermal contact and robust performance. Bobbin Heaters are ideal for use in industrial applications involving heating of chemicals, oils, fuels, and plating solutions due to their rugged construction, high thermal output, and resistance to thermal shock.
CONSTRUCTION
Open helical coils of high resistance wire evenly stretched and lay through fluted refractory bobbins. These heating elements are then inserted into 1" of higher diameter metal pipes which are welded to liquid tanks.
