Coil Type Nozzle Band Heaters are compact, high-performance heating elements designed for critical applications requiring concentrated heat at the nozzle point. Constructed with an outer sheath of SS (Stainless Steel) and inner layers of Brass, Aluminum, or SS (Stainless Steel), these heaters deliver precise thermal performance with long service life. Ideal for HD (High-Density) Plastics such as Nylon, ABS, and Delrin, they operate at temperatures above 250°C and are available with built-in Temperature Sensors (J or K Type) for accurate temperature control and protection against plastic leakage failures.
